Transportation for the Elderly

About Me

Transportation for the Elderly

Hi. My name’s Betty. I’m sixty-two years old and live with my husband, Matt. My mother lives on our property, but at age ninety-one still insists on living alone. Mom has a good mind and for her age does well physically. She drove up until four years ago when we all decided it would be best for her to not be behind the wheel. It’s worked out well with her living on our property. Matt or I would take her places. We made sure she had groceries, made it to doctors appointments, and to her social engagements. About six months ago, however, Matt fell ill and our lives changed. I am his full-time caregiver, and Matt can no longer drive. I had to find help for my Mom which was difficult to do. I am going to share what I found and hope it helps you should you ever need transportation.

Why Work With An Aerial Film Production Company If You're A Real Estate Agent?

As someone who works in real estate, you might be used to snapping pictures of properties to entice buyers. However, you might find that your business works better when you get the help of an aerial film production company; here are some benefits you might observe.

Getting a Better Description of a Property

If you are working with property owners that have enormous parcels consisting of buildings and acres of land, streams, or lakes, aerial videos and photos can be essential for showing people what exactly is for sale. Being able to see the entire parcel with a professionally shot video can often seem more impressive than pictures of the house or a shot of grass. If there are additional buildings on the property, being able to have some idea of what that means in terms of the entire property can also be useful.

Getting a More Accurate Selling Price

Having video and photos from an aerial prospective can also help you more effectively determine a good selling price for a property. Knowing how much of a parcel is water or wetlands can affect the price you set for a property. If you're not being able to walk the entire property, aerial video can become an essential tool for you, appraisers, civil engineers, and others who work to best determine how much a property is worth. Being able to set a more accurate price is likely to allow you to help your client sell their property more quickly.

Viewing Nearby Parcels

One factor that buyers consider when purchasing a piece of property is the neighbors they'll come into contact with. Being able to show property boundaries with aerial videos and photos will allow people to get some idea of what the neighboring parcels are being used for. If, for instance, aerial video shows that there are grazing farming animals that seem to congregate near the property line, prospective buyers will be interested in investigating the quality of the fencing in that particular area before moving forward with a purchase.

Getting High Quality Videos and Photos

Some real estate agents are looking into the use of drones they can operate themselves in order to capture aerial photo and film. However, if you're not used to working with drones, the pictures and videos may not be as good as you expect. You may not fly the drone at the right altitude or get proper lighting in each shot. Working with a professional aerial film company can ensure that the videos and photos you use are of professional quality that will attract buyers instead of turning them off.

An aerial film production company can help you better sell your properties. Interview a few companies, such as Helinet, and see what kind of services they are able to provide.
